BODEC Inc. invests heavily in equipping our workforce with the skills and knowledge to maintain a safe workplace. Our comprehensive training program includes:

- First Aid, CPR/AED Certification
- MSHA Training: For both surface and underground operations
- Electrical Code Training and NFPA 70E Compliance (including distinguishing live parts and proper use of insulated tools)

Annual and Site-Specific Training:
- Employees receive task-specific training annually or as needed to address emerging risks and ensure competency.
- Apprentices undergo structured safety programs as part of their professional development.
- Additional training is provided for tasks performed less than once a year or upon supervisor recommendation.
